During this time of stress and uncertainty, it is important for all ages to practice self-care. While adults often (maybe not often enough) take time to wind down, relax, exercise, engage in hobbies, take time with friends and find ways to de-stress, children often are not taught how to manage stress through self care behaviors. I have created a graphic to help children and teens use self care to boost mental and physical health, have purpose in their day, and to relieve stress.
